💓BLOOD PRESSURE
WHAT IT MEASURES
Systolic pressure (pressure during heartbeat)
Diastolic pressure (pressure between beats)
Pulse pressure (systolic minus diastolic)
Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP)
Resting Heart Rate (RHR)

WHY IT MATTERS
Anabolic compounds, stimulants, excess sodium, and water retention all drive blood pressure upward. Chronically elevated BP — especially above 140/90 — causes left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH), accelerated kidney disease, and dramatically increases stroke and heart attack risk. Monitor blood pressure weekly, not just at labs. Telmisartan 40mg or Nebivolol are common tools under physician supervision. This is the #1 cardiovascular killer in performance athletes — take it seriously.
