WHY IT MATTERS
Estradiol is a two-edged sword. Too much — caused by excess aromatization of testosterone — leads to water retention, gynecomastia, emotional volatility, and loss of definition. Too little — from over-aggressive AI use — causes joint pain, crashed libido, brain fog, and bone density loss. The goal is balance, not elimination. Monitor E2 every 6–8 weeks and adjust aromatase inhibitor dosing based on labs, not symptoms alone. Symptoms lie — numbers don't.
