🩸CBC — Complete Blood Count
Your Blood Health Foundation Panel
WHAT IT MEASURES
Red Blood Cell Count (RBC) — oxygen transport capacity
White Blood Cell Count (WBC) — immune system activity
Hemoglobin — oxygen-carrying protein in RBCs
Platelet Count — clotting function
Hematocrit Percentage — RBC volume ratio
REFERENCE RANGES
Marker | Range | Status |
RBC | 4.5–5.9 M/µL (men) | Normal |
WBC | 4,500–11,000/µL | Normal |
Hemoglobin | 13.5–17.5 g/dL (men) | Normal |
Platelets | 150,000–400,000/µL | Normal |
Hematocrit | 41–53% (men) | Normal |
WHY IT MATTERS
The CBC is your foundational blood health panel. Anabolic compounds stimulate erythropoiesis — the production of red blood cells. Elevated RBC counts and hemoglobin signal polycythemia, a condition that dramatically increases blood viscosity and the risk of clotting, stroke, and cardiovascular events. Monitoring your CBC every 8–12 weeks while on cycle is non-negotiable. If hematocrit climbs above 52%, you may need therapeutic phlebotomy. Don't guess — know your numbers.
